Janet’s Camp

Inspired by Janet Elway, this is a one night event where adults come and play as though they were in camp again, while bidding on great items and helping us raise money to send over 300 kids to summer camp.

Sponsorship Packages

Our 5th Annual Janet's Camp to be held inJune 2010. The event is a fun, exciting, and energetic evening of games and camaraderie. Our goal for the evening is to raise over $200,000 to send over 300 kids, that otherwise would not be able to afford it, to YMCA Summer Day Camp for the entire summer.

With your support, we will be able to accomplish this goal and make a difference in the life of a child.

Sponsorship opportunities are available for 2010:

• Priority seating area for 10 guests accompanied by an assigned personal Camp Counselor to host your guests.
• Company/individual signage attached to the main stage area.
• Recognition on all collateral materials, including news releases, invitations, and event program.
• Recognition in the YMCA Program Guides – Over 20,000 distributed quarterly.
• Opportunity to market your products & services at the 6 YMCA Metropolitan Branches as a "Proud Sponsor of Janet’s Camp".
• The YMCA has over 20,000 members and over 18,000 youth sports participants.

• Designated seating area for 8 guests.
• Company/individual signage attached to one of the games or activity areas.
• Recognition on collateral material, including invitations and event program.
• Recognition in the YMCA Program Guides – Over 20,000 distributed quarterly.

• Six invitations to Janet’s Camp.
• Recognition in the event program.
