Full-Time Employees
The YMCA feels that employees should have a choice when it comes to their health
insurance. All full-time employees working 35 or more hours per week are offered
the choice between two quality Kaiser Permanente health plans, for themselves, and
their family members.
Each employee who elects one of the two medical insurance plans is automatically
enrolled in the Aetna Dental Benefits Option. It is our hope that Dental Benefits
Option will help you and your covered dependents enjoy better health through regular
dental care.

Kaiser Permanente HMO – Plan Highlights
- Under the HMO plan employees and their dependents utilize Kaiser physicians and
facilities conveniently located throughout the Denver metro area.
- 19 full service medical offices and 500+ physicians – most locations offer x-rays, lab
services and pharmacy.
- Same-day appointments and evening and weekend office hours.
- Twenty- four hour nurse hotline.
- Vision exams covered through Kaiser facilities at regular office visit copay.

- Under the Triple Option plan you have full access to the HMO services provided by Kaiser(see
above).
- In addition, you can access the PHCS Preferred Provided Network or any provider
