Vacation Time:

Part time employees who meet the following criteria become eligible for a pro rated vacation allowance based on the number of hours worked the previous year pro rated against the full time non-exempt vacation schedule.

• Employee must work at least 1,000 hours per year.
• Must be employed for at least one full calendar year or more
