The YMCA believes it is beneficial for a healthy spirit, mind, and body that employees have time away from work with family and friends.
Part-time employees who meet the following criteria become eligible for a pro-rated vacation allowance based on the number of hours worked the previous year pro-rated against the full-time non-exempt vacation schedule.
- Employee must work at least 1,000 hours per year
- Employee must be employed for at least one full calendar year or more
