Youth Programs include preschool recreation, dance, youth fitness, teen strength training and more. The list of YMCA programs and services goes on and on.


Older Adult Health & Fitness
At the YMCA, older adults have a chance to keep active and grow in spirit, mind and body. New friends and new opportunities add joy to life. Programs for older adults include: health & fitness classes, including water-based fitness, group trips, potluck meals and other social activities. Fitness assessments and blood pressure tests are always free for members.

 

 


     

Adult Health & Fitness
Adult health & fitness programs include strength training, injury rehabilitation, walking, personal fitness, exercise for beginners, yoga, tai chi, healthy back, weight management, and group exercise including aerobics, martial arts, indoor cycling, and much more.

Orientations and Assessments
These introductory classes help you assess your fitness levels as well as introduce you to our equipment. We also offer free blood pressure testing and body composition analysis to improve your overall health.

Personal Training
YMCA personal trainers are ready to assist you with your fitness and health goals. From lifting weights to designing custom exercise plans, our trainers are here to help.

Indoor Cycling
Whether you are new to cycling or a world-class enthusiast, you'll love the workout you'll get at the YMCA with one of our certified instructors.

Yoga, Pilates, Martial Arts
From self-defense moves to quiet core strengthening techniques, you'll learn the proper breathing techniques and movements in our wide range of yoga, pilates and martial arts classes.

Aerobics
Looking for a high-energy class that will get you moving? Join our talented instructors for step, kickboxing, ski conditioning, abs and other cardiovascular classes that get your heart pumping.

Aquatics
Swimming is great exercise for all ages and we offer a multitude of lessons for beginner and advanced swimmers. In addition, we have exercise classes in the pool, lap swimming, and lifeguard certification classes.

Massage Therapy
Massage is the manual manipulation of the body''s soft tissue using a variety of techniques, relieving muscle pain and tension while promoting increased flexibility. We offer a wide range of types for you at the YMCA.
