Full-Time Employees
All full-time employees working 35 or more hours per week are offered the choice of two quality health plans for themselves and their family members. The YMCA feels that employees should have choice when it comes to their health insurance. Each employee has a choice between two Kaiser Permanente plans.Each employee who elects one of the two medical insurance plans is automatically enrolled in the Aetna Dental Benefit Option. It is our hope that the Dental Benefit Option will help you an your covered dependents enjoy better health through regular dental care.

Plan # 1 -
Kaiser Permanente HMO - Plan Highlights- Under the HMO plan employees and their dependents utilize Kaiser physicians and facilities conveniently located throughout the Denver metro area.
- 19 full service medical office and 500+ physicians - most locations x-rays, lab services and pharmacy.
- Same-day appointments and evening and weekend office hours.
- Twenty-four hour nurse hotline.
- Vision exams covered through Kaiser facilities at regular office visit copay.

Kaiser Permanente Triple Option - Plan Highlights- Under the POS plan you have full access to the HMO services provided by Kaiser (see above).
- In addition, you can access the MMA/CCN Preferred Provider Network or any provider of your choice. Please Plan Highlights for details on benefit levels.

Dental Insurance
If you enroll in one of the two health plans plans above you are automatically enrolled in the Aetna Dental Plan.
Aetna Dental Benefit Option -

Part-Time Employees
Eligible part-time employees are offered a comprehensive medical, dental and prescription drug plan. The YMCA values all employees and does share in the cost of the plan. Please e-mail or call Human Resources at 720-524-2715 if you are interested in participation in the plan.Eligibility for participation is as follows:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Employee must be regularly scheduled for work 25 to 34 hours per week.
