AMENDMENT to FULL TIME Personnel Procedures & Guidelines For Employees Hired after January 1, 2004

The contents of this booklet are summary guidelines for employees. The YMCA of Metropolitan Denver reserves the right to modify, revoke, suspend, terminate, interpret or change any or all of the guidelines mentioned, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice. The language used in this booklet is not intended to constitute a contract of employment, either expressed or implied.

The YMCA of Metropolitan Denver reserves the right, with or without cause, to terminate the employment of any employee at any time. The employee has the same right to terminate employment at any time. No representative of the YMCA of Metropolitan Denver, other than the Chief Executive Officer, has authority to enter into an agreement of employment for any specified period. Such an agreement must be in writing.
