Facility Supervisor/Referee

Hours/Day Schedule: Saturdays
Pay Range: $9.13/hr.
Specific Requirements: Responsibilities include maintaining an orderly and safe playing environment where all games start and end on time; following and enforcing all YMCA procedures and guidelines including YMCA sports models and sport-specific rules, personnel guidelines, safety guidelines and facility access procedures; and maintaining courteous, friendly and helpful attitude in a positive manner towards participants, coaches and players. Will also be expected to referee games when needed.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and have transportation to work site, knowledge of sports, and strong customer service, problem-solving skills and customer service skills. Must exhibit ability to develop rapport with participants, coaches and parents and be able to handle conflict when necessary.
