Adams County Youth Sports

For kids throughout north Denver and Adams County, the YMCA offers year-round youth sports, including youth baseball, youth basketball, youth flag football, youth lacrosse clinics, youth soccer, youth sports camps and youth volleyball.

Through YMCA youth sports, kids learn sports fundamentals, as well as good sportsmanship and teamwork, while gaining the confidence that comes from playing on a team. Youth sports at the Y is about building the whole child from the inside out.

Spring Sports Leagues

Registration for spring indoor sports is open, but is subject to availability and cost now includes a late fee. The season will run March 11th through May 11th. Adams County will offer spring volleyball and basketball divisions.  Click the sport below for more info.  Contact the sports department to check if space is available and to register.

Being a coach at the YMCA not only benefits the kids, it also gives adults the opportunity to work with and learn from their players. You don't need a long list of coaching experience to get involved with the Y, just basic knowledge of the sport and a desire to teach the fundamentals of the game.
