THE HEARTS ON THE CLASS LISTINGS INDICATE INTENSITY OF CLASS:
- Green is light intensity
- Yellow is medium intensity
- Red is high intensity
Those classes with more than one heart indicates the class routine can be adjusted to accomodate different fitness levels.
