THE HEARTS ON THE CLASS LISTINGS INDICATE INTENSITY OF CLASS: GREEN IS LIGHT INTENSITY, YELLOW IS MEDIUM AND RED IS HIGH INTENSITY. THOSE CLASSES WITH MORE THAN ONE HEART INDICATE THE CLASS ROUTINE CAN BE ADJUSTED TO ACCOMMODATE DIFFERENT FITNESS LEVELS.
