Welcoming Week

Welcoming Week is a chance for neighbors — both immigrants and U.S.-born residents — to get to know one another and celebrate what unites us as a community. Join this national celebration and the growing movement of communities that fully embrace new Americans and their contributions to the social fabric of our country.

Food Distribution

The Y is always here for YOU! That's why we're excited to announce that despite reopening, we will continue distributing healthy boxes filled with a variety of fresh foods for those in need.

Game Club for adults: every Thursday at 10:30 am

When it comes to overall wellness, 20% of your success depends on physical activity and 80% comes from nutrition. Learn how to maximize the food you eat with a Y nutrition consultation. Get one-on-one guidance, set goals, identify barriers, and get realistic, everyday solutions for proper nutrition and meal planning.
