Lose to Win! YMCA 12-Week Wellness & Weight Loss Program

Weigh less, live healthy and feel better at the YMCA

Lose to Win is a 12-week Wellness & Weight Loss program that helps people reach a healthy weight and meet their goals by making small, modest changes to their daily behaviors. With no gimmicks or short-term solutions, Lose to Win is about creating a healthy lifestyle of healthy habits and achieving wellness of the spirit, mind and body. 

The first 12-week Lose to Win session starts in January 2020 and features weekly meetings and exercise and nutrition guidance by certified Weight Loss Facilitators, who will connect participants with Y personal trainers, nutritionists, and fitness instructors.

The program is available exclusively for YMCA members (ages 18+) and takes place at all five YMCA Wellness Centers for 12 consecutive weeks:

  • Schlessman Family YMCA: Thursdays, 6 to 7 pm – Starts January 23
  • Littleton Family YMCA:
    Group 1: Mondays, 12 to 1 pm – Starts January 27
    Group 2: Mondays, 6 to 7 pm - Starts January 27
  • Southwest Family YMCA: Tuesdays, 12 to 1 pm – Starts January 28
  • Susan M. Duncan Family YMCA: (members must pick one group to register with)
    Group 1: Mondays, 10 to 11 am – Starts January 27 or
    Group 2: Wednesdays, 6 to 7 pm – Starts January 29
  • Downtown YMCA: Mondays, 12:45 to 1:45 pm – Starts January 27
