Get Active, Make Friends: Play a Sport

Sports are just as beneficial for adults as they are for kids. Participating in an adult sports league is a great way to get exercise, reduce stress, and improve your social life. Studies show that adult sports also lower the risk of heart disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve overall health.

If you want to join the fun, look to the YMCA. The Littleton Family YMCA has teams forming for the 2017 winter season for basketball. Register now!

Games for the Winter Season will be played on Wednesday nights at the Southwest YMCA (5181 W. Kenyon Ave. Denver 80236) from Jan. 18 to Mar. 8. The Spring Season games will be played early evenings on Sundays at the Littleton YMCA (11 W. Dry Creek Court, Littleton 80120) from Mar. 19th to May 7th.  There is a maximum number of 12 players on a team, and a minimum of 7.  To receive the member rate on a team registration, 50% of the team needs to be members by the first game.
