TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING SYSTEM

The TRX suspension Training System developed by Navy Seals, is a lightweight, all-in-one piece of equipment that is quickly becoming the ultimate way for people to "functionally train." Train multiple muscles at once, in multiple planes of movement, for a workout unlike anything you have ever experienced.

The TRX System enables hundreds of exercises and progressions for everybody using nothing but the exerciser's own body weight to generate resistance. The TRX System translates each user's body weight into variable resistance. Exercisers choose the degree of difficulty from very light to very challenging, simply by changing the body position.

The TRX System is ideal for:

  • Functional Strength Training
  • Getting in shape fast in a no-impact setting
  • Core Strengthening
  • Sport performance enhancement
  • Flexibility and Rehabilitation

Group classes are offered at the Littleton Y on Mondays and Wednesdays (6-6:45pm).  Classes are $5/class and offered in a group setting.
