LIVESTRONG at Schlessman

If cancer has impacted your life, we want to help! LIVESTRONG is proud to provide a 12-week fitness initiative to help adult survivors achieve their health goals.  Survivors work closely with our certified trainers to build strength as well as improve confidence. Teaming Up With Bill Roberts Food Pantry

Located in a local school, the Bill Roberts Food Pantry provides food to students in need. The pantry especially needs pasta, peanut butter, cereal, canned tuna and items to make meals (like Hamburger Helper, side dishes, etc). Help us in the fight against hunger by donating food cans and non-perishable food items between June 25 - July 9.

Scale the Summit

Last summer, hundreds of Y members took on the “Scale the Summit” Challenge and reached new heights in their personal wellness. 
Now, the challenge is back on and this year it’s longer, bigger, and tougher. Join us on the journey to complete 30 workouts in 3 months – June 1 to August 31. Reach the “summit” and be entered to win a free month of membership or a free session with a Y personal trainer.
