Tae Kwon Do is a form of martial arts that combines movement, patterns, kicks, and punches, while strengthening the connection between the spirit, mind, and body.
The Southwest Family YMCA offers three programs of Tae Kwon Do to match every age and skill set.
Each program is led by members of the American Sport Karate Association, an International Tae Kwon Do Federation organization that focuses on physical fitness, character development, and self-defense. All instructors are certified black belt practitioners with decades of experience teaching both children and adults.
Tae Kwon Do classes are taught weekly at the YMCA.
