Get Back to STRONG! Join the STRONG Challenge

We all know this year hasn’t been easy, but it’s not too late to redefine 2020. Rediscover your purpose and rebuild your strength inside and out by registering for our FREE 6-week wellness challenge.

October 19 - November 27

  • 20 minutes a day, five days a week for six weeks; complete 20 minutes of activity - at home, at the YMCA or in our virtual fitness classes
  • Experiment with new weekly challenges and routines to rebuild a healthy spirit, mind and body
  • Log your activity in our mobile app 
  • Receive a free YMCA towel when you sign up
  • Complete the STRONG Challenge and get a Y knit beanie
  • Open to all, not a member? You can participate in the challenge through our app and receive 5 passes to try the Y over the six week challenge.
