Fitness Classes Every Day, in Multiple Ways

YMCA members have access to unlimited fitness classes and activities at all five Denver YMCA locations. Each branch features open gym time, as well as a variety of group fitness classes such as Les Mills BodyPump, multiple types of Yoga, Cycling, High-Intensity Training, Zumba, Pilates and more. 

Branches with pools also offer open swim, aquatics classes, and lap swim. Schedules vary by branch, and are accessible through the links below or through our FREE mobile app.

THE HEARTS ON THE CLASS LISTINGS INDICATE INTENSITY OF CLASS: GREEN IS LIGHT INTENSITY, YELLOW IS MEDIUM AND RED IS HIGH INTENSITY. THOSE CLASSES WITH MORE THAN ONE HEART INDICATE THE CLASS ROUTINE CAN BE ADJUSTED TO ACCOMMODATE DIFFERENT FITNESS LEVELS.
