At the Y, we use a variety of technology platforms to help you to manage your YMCA experience. You can join online; register for programs; reserve a space in a fitness class, in the pool or on a court; log into virtual content and connect via our mobile app.
Each platform requires that you to have a separate account. You can use the same email and password but you will have to set up an account for each platform.
Our main account management platform allows you to register for programs like youth sports, child care and join online. Once an account is created, you can make the following account changes:
Update Address, Phone Number or Email Address
Edit/Update, Add/Remove Payment Methods
Print Year end Tax Statements
View Payment History
View Signed Agreements
We use a platform called MindBody to manage our reservations for fitness classes, swim reservations, orientations and court reservations. You can view our schedules on our website, but to book a reservation you must have to have a MindBody account.
Before you create a new account, try to reset your password for your email address. If an account exists, you'll receive an email to change your password. If you don't have an account, you'll be prompted to create one. View step by step instructions to make a reservation.
Our free mobile app requires members to create an account, this account is not tied to reservations, but you can access the reservation platform (MindBody) through the mobile app.
Our live and on-demand classes require our members to enter their barcode to access our library. Your account must be active to gain access.
