Babysitter Certification (ages 11-16)

This American Safety and Health Institute course teaches: basic first aid, diapering, feeding, choking techniques and rescue breathing. Fee includes textbook and certification.

Carafides Martial Arts

The Carafides Martial Arts Studio is located inside the LIttleton Family YMCA, Peter Carafides holds a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and believes martail arts can increase strength, stamina, confidence, focus, as well as decreased stress. Great for all ages. 

Gladiator Training (ages 6 - 10)

This Gladiator Training club will explore different ways to use our active bodies! From obstacle courses, games, and even some shadow boxing, this class is guaranteed fun! Please bring a water bottle and wear closed toed shoes.

Get out this Summer and explore the outdoors! This program will teach kids about nature, wildlife, and ways to care for our Earth as we explore the Highline Canal. 45 minute sessions.

Special Needs Programs

This summer we are offering a variety of supportive classes including:

Caregiver & Me Special Needs Yoga: This class is designed for Caregivers to participate with the child to develop breathing techniques, soothing motions and build community. We will create a sensory-friendly environment to practice yoga; all abilities and caregivers are welcome join.

Young Adult Adaptave Yoga: For independent young adults, ages 18 -35, with social, emotional and physical special needs looking to enrich and explore the physical lifestyle of yoga. We will work through postures, strength building and meditation. Please bring a mat, water bottle and comfortable clothing.

Spanish Classes Youth Program (ages 6-12)

This Class is suitable for students with a Beginning level background in Spanish, including basic competency in the present tense, proper pronunciation, a basic vocabulary, and understanding of basic Spanish grammar.
