Summer Day Camp
At the YMCA, our experienced Camp Counselors offer children a variety of imaginative activities that nurture their spirits, challenge their minds, and strengthen their bodies. With a variety of weekly themes your camper will have an fun and engaging summer while staying active and making new friends.
2018 Summer Day Camp Information
Registration Opens: Feb. 12 at noon
Cost: $195 non-members / per week | $190 members / per week
Deposits: $25 Deposit for each week of camp (non-refundable and non-transferable)
Registration Fees: $35 registration fee per child

This year you have a two-part registration process:
- STEP ONE: Register your child/ren for camp through the link below (link will appear 2/12 @noon), this will reserve your child's spot on the camp roster. This will include paying deposits and registration fees for camp. (Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Registration fees are non-refundable.)
- STEP TWO: As we get closer to camp, you will receive an email requesting you to complete the registration process. This includes completing the mandatory state required questionaire that must be submitted before the first day of camp. This questionaire will cover info that will allow us to provide the best quality care for your child.
Deposit and Registration Fee
Enter a $25 deposit for each session your child will attend, and a one-time $35 registration fee per child. Total all deposits along with the registration fee, and provide one payment for that amount, prior to attending. Weekly deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
CCCAP and Scholarship Families
Families that are receiving CCCAP do not register online. Please contact Krystal Chavez to inquire about CCCAP availability for summer 2018 at (720) 524-2733. In addition, please note that our Open Doors Scholarship opportunities have been filled for the upcoming 2018 summer session.
All campers must be at least 5 years old at the time of registration, you will not be able to register your child until their fifth birthday.
All Camps are closed on Memorial Day and Fourth of July.
We provide summer day camp in Adams County at Monterey Community School, Reunion Recreation Center and Belle Creek Charter School.
In Arvada and Wheat Ridge, the YMCA provides summer day camp at the Susan M. Duncan Family YMCA (also offering Kindercamp at Duncan Y for kids 4-6), Weber Elementary, Three Creeks K-8 and Allendale Elementary.
In Aurora, the YMCA provides Summer Day Camp at Murphy Creek K-8, Dartmouth Elem., Global Village Academy, Vista Peak Elementary and Wheatlands.
>In Broomfield, we provide summer day camp for the residents of Anthem Highlands. This camp is only open to residents of Anthem.
In Denver, the YMCA provides summer day camp at the Conservatory Green at Stapleton, Cook Park Rec Center, Denver Green School, Downtown Expeditionary School, Dora Moore Elementary, Holm Elementary, Isabella Bird Community School, McKinley Thatcher Elementary, Scheitler Recreation Center, Schlessman YMCA, and Southwest YMCA.
In Glendale the YMCA operates summer day camp at Infinity Park.
In Golden, the YMCA provides day camp at Shelton Elementary.
In Lakewood, the YMCA offers summer day camp at Vivian Elementary and Exploration Education Camp at Dennison Elementary.
In Littleton, the YMCA provides summer day camp at the Littleton Family YMCA.
